I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Stretching and Flexibility Coach.
As a former athlete and fitness enthusiast remaining active is a must for me. Following an injury, I realized that stretching properly and consistently was something I had failed at and my lack of mobility has been the precursor to almost every injury I've ever had since my childhood.
This is how StretchWorksHTX was born. Educating and assisting others on how to properly and effectively increase mobility, release tension, and "moving freely" is my passion that into a purpose..
